broiler or pullet farm for sale or lease/purchase by owner
looking for broiler or pullet farm for sale with owner financing or lease/ purchase have 9 years broiler exp. i bought and paid for 3 broiler farms in florida. now non-operational. i bought all 3 with 100% owner financing all are free and clear. i have some clean out equip. or i can buy yours with farm. i also have misc. farm supplies example but not limited to new water regulators, new hopper switches, curtain machines or vent machines, lubin nippel water lines ect.. i can also spray closed cell foam for side walls very cheap {farm purchase only}, can fix, repair or install most anything on a farm. must have house or trailer if more than 5 hours from my address.
perfer drop ceiling houses.
looking for farm with at least 25% or greater cost to income ratio.
